This research project explores the sales and marketing strategies of eWebGuru Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of web hosting and IT solutions. The study examines how the company attracts customers, builds brand value, and maintains customer satisfaction in a highly competitive digital market. Using customer feedback, market analysis, and organizational data, the research evaluates key factors influencing customer purchase decisions, service quality, and after-sales support. The findings highlight that brand reputation, reliable services, and customer-centric support play a major role in the company’s growth and market positioning.
